English 3, Post 4, "A Meal or Food you really like"

- what is it? (describe it)
- how is it made?
- why do you like it so much?
- how does it impact your health?

A food that I really like and that is my favorite food too is the magnificent and splendid sushi. Even more than say "I like it" I would say "I just love it". Sushi is rice rolls, stuffed with chicken, salmon, shrimp, or more. It is wrapped in nori seaweed, also it can be wrapped in avocado, panko, cream cheese, and many more things. Too it can be accompanied with soy sauce and wasabi (I prefer just with soy sauce).

For to do sushi have to do a washing procedure to the rice with water, in such a way that it remains without starch. Then you cook it in a pot, so you add vinegar and a sugar spoonful, leave it covered for ten minutes. Then you turn off the heat and leave it for another ten minutes to cook with steam. Also, you need a rolling utensil like a mold, then you put there the rice, put chicken or other meat or vegetable, next a little bit of cheese cream and you have to roll it little by little. So you put the topping food, like sliced avocado, panko or cream cheese, or whatever you want. This is very basic because you need to do more things in detail and cautiously, you need to have technique and practice. Prepare this can be a little bit difficult, sincerely I don't know to prepare it but my parents know because a person taught them.

I love sushi because its flavor is a delight, a joy, is just delicious, a perfect combination. My favorites sushis are hand rolls, wrapped in avocado and wrapped in cream cheese. Something curious is that the first time that I ate it I didn't like its taste, but the third time approximately, I just couldn't stop eating it, something in that moment changed within me, I met a new world in that instant, I met my new favorite food. And the impact of this on my health is... to be honest, I really don't know. I think that because of the cheese cream or hand rolls, maybe this has many calories, but depends on the ingredients that you use. I eat sushi just sometimes, then this shouldn't impact negatively my health, because I don't eat this every day (although I would like).

And this was all, thank you for reading! Bye Bye!
